YoshimiO & Chuck first met back in the late 90's when his old band, All Scars, opened for Boredoms at the 9:30 Club in Washington DC. As their friendship grew over the decades, a collaboration became destined to occur. So, as soon as Chuck got the offer to do a week long residency at the Stone in NYC, he quickly jumped at the opportunity to ask YoshimiO to join him in a duo for the inaugural set. This set raised the bar high for the rest of the residency. What you hear is the live debut of their duo, recorded on a handheld recorder on December 15, 2015.
